None of us are getting out of here alive. And yet most of us keep waiting for the right moment to finally turn toward ourselves, toward what matters, toward who we are and what we are here to do. Niko od nas neće živeti večno. Ipak, većina od nas stalno čeka pravi trenutak da se okrenemo sebi, onome sto je važno. Ko smo i zbog čega smo ovde.

We built this for the helpers, the peacekeepers, the ones who have been holding everyone else together and forgot about themselves along the way. This is what we are doing for the next 50 years. Ovo smo osmislili za one što vole da pomažu, za mirotvorce, one koji su se posvetili svima ostalima i usput zaboravili na sebe. To je ono sto ćemo raditi narednih 50 godina.

Something that becomes the way you see, the way you move through your relationships, your work, your family, your decisions. Sistemski principi kao način življenja. The ability to externalize an inner image, to place representatives in a field and let what is hidden become visible. In a constellation, something that lives silently inside a person, a family, or a system is given form and space.Sposobnost eksternalizacije unutrasnje slike. Postavljanje ljudi u polje i puštanje da ono što je skriveno postane vidljivo. To je sama konstelacija.

Representatives begin to move, to feel, to speak. Loyalties surface. Entanglements become visible. What could not be said finds its place. The ancestors are present. The excluded ones return to belonging. This is the constellation itself, a living map of the field.Predstavnici počnu da se kreću, osećaju, govore. Lojalnosti isplivaju na površinu. What emerged from the first legacy: the Systemic Phenomenological Principles of belonging, order and exchange, together with the three survival mechanisms that operate in every living system.Ono što je izraslo iz prve baštine, Sistemsko-fenomenološki principi pripadanja, reda i razmene, zajedno sa tri mehanizma preživljavanja koji deluju u svakom živom sistemu.

These can be utilized and applied without a constellation, through questions, in conversations, in leadership, and in daily life, anywhere there is presence and lived wisdom. Ivan's first encounter with constellation work came in 2011 with Helena Gorka, a dear friend and an experienced facilitator. It was an incredibly moving experience that was unexplainable to his engineering mind. That prompted him to do a deep dive and read 30 books from Bert Hellinger and other authors about the method before that year ended.Ivanov prvi susret sa konstelacijskim radom bio je 2011. sa Helenom Gorkom, dragom prijateljicom i iskusnom voditeljkom. To je bilo jedno neverovatno dirljivo iskustvo koje nije mogao da objasni svojom inženjerskom logikom. To ga je navelo da uroni duboko i za kratko vreme pročita 30 knjiga Berta Hellingera i drugih autora o metodi.

The following year we attended the first Vlado Ilić event in Belgrade, and met the teacher who would shape our development for years to come. For seven years, we hosted Vlado Ilić's events in Los Angeles, building hundreds of hours of live experience alongside practitioners from around the world.Sledece godine prisustvovali smo prvom dogadjaju Vlada Ilića u Beogradu i upoznali ucitelja koji će oblikovati naš dugogodišnji razvoj. Sedam godina smo bili domacini Vlada Ilića dogadjaja u Los Andeljesu, gradeci stotine sati uzivog iskustva zajedno sa praktikantima iz celog sveta.

Ivan initially trained further with Gary Stuart in the United States and completed organizational constellation training at the master level with Jan Jacob Stam in the Netherlands. He has attended congresses and conferences all over the world. Mariana held the space at every stage, managing communications, hosting live sessions, and creating the conditions in which deep practice becomes possible.Ivan se dodatno obučavao sa Gary Stuartom u SAD i završio obuku organizacionih konstelacija na master nivou sa Jan Jacob Stamom u Holandiji. Prisustvovao je kongresima na četiri kontinenta. Mariana je pružala podršku u svakoj fazi, vodeći komunikacije, bila domaćin programa stvarajući uslove za duboku praksu.

In August 2020 they launched the Systemic Approach Institute. Over 140 consecutive days Ivan taught live on Facebook while Mariana ran everything behind and alongside him. Together they built a global online constellation community stretching from Australia to India, Africa to South America and all over Europe.U avgustu 2020. pokrenuli su Institut. Tokom 140 uzastopnih dana Ivan je predavao uživo dok je Mariana vodila organizaciju.
